Where is the line where beauty turns into darkness?...The constant search for beauty and perfection can change the mind and soul...When the frustrations, constant desire for improvement takes over. There’s the moment when the mind starts to wander down the different corridors, sometimes even the darkest ones.

2.0: The Attic

Every once in a while you find yourself up there. In the Attic, where you “meet” lost and forgotten dreams, memories and find things, that have been dusty for a while. Sometimes  takes you decades before you dare to face them again and let yourself to feel what you have felt. I decided to go there, to climb to my Attic. To walk, run, observe, explore and open my memories again - like Pandora’s box – and take them with me to continue my way.  At the end of the day, at the end of the rope the decision is always yours. Could you be there for me?

A passionate duet for the dancer and her rope. A dialog between the two which can grow in any direction. From love to hate and back. The moment when the emotions take the lead and the dance begin.​

Incubus. In latin it means a demon who is sleeping with a woman. The second meaning of the word stands for a demon who is seducing a woman. What connection does the incubus has with dreams? A very strong one. The demon could also be a metaphor for hidden desires, sometime it also stands for erotic fantasies. 

While asleep our subconscious awakens the dream begins to take its course. All our wildest fantasies are coming to life. It’s extraordinary how our dreamworld does not have any boundaries, everything it’s possible. That itself is beautiful yet horrifying at the same time.
